Log-A-Load for Kids Golf Tournament

Log a Load for Kids is a voluntary program by the people of Florida’s forest community.  One hundred percent of funds raised through Log a Load goes directly to Florida’s children’s hospitals--no administrative costs are taken out. Florida Log a Load for Kids is sponsored by the Florida Forestry Association.  For more information on Log a Load for Kids: Registration Flyer

Club Managers for Kids Golf & Tennis Tournament presented by

Club pros from all over Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia promise this year's charity tournament will be bigger than ever! Brad Meester of the Jaguars and Ander Crenshaw are the Honorary Chairmen.  New this year, the 2008 Pink and Blue Tennis Tournament on May 17th and 18th at the Jacksonville Golf and Country Club. The action continues with the Golf Tournament and Casino Nights on May 18th and 19th. Contestants are provided with tee gifts courtesy of R-G Crown Bank. COSTCO Show & Shine for Miracles

As part of its month long fundraising campaign for Children's Miracle Network, COSTCO Wholesale is hosting the 4th Annual Show & Shine for Miracles. Import, domestic, hot rod, classic, and antique cars as well as motorcycles are welcome at the show. Team Infinite Speed Car Show

By day, they are doctors, hospital administrators, sports stars, community leaders and media personalities, but on this night, local celebrities strap on aprons and become waiters for this annual Celebrity Waiters Event presented by The Kossak Companies.  This unique dining experience, hosted by the Children's Miracle Network, raises funds and awareness for the pediatric programs at Shands Jacksonville and Wolfson Children's Hospital.  Join Event Chairman, Joe DeCamillis, Special Teams Coordinator for the Jaguars, along with a few special guests for an evening of wonderful food, silent and live auctions, and of course, entertainment from celebrity waiters. Contact 202-2760 for more information on how to reserve a table.

Torch Relay for Children's Miracle Network

Torch Relay participants walk and run across the country to raise funds for Children's Miracle Network.  The walk/run will start in Chicago and make its way to Jacksonville before heading down to Miami and then across the country to end in Los Angeles.  Once registered, participants will receove tools to help with personal fundraising.  National corporate sponsors cover all of the overhead costs for the event, allowing 100% of local funds raised by the participants to benefit the pediatric programs at Shands Jacksonville and Wolfson Children's Hospital.  For more information, Torch Relay for Children's Miracle Network.  If you are interested in participating as an individual or with starting a team, Participation Information.

UNF Dance Marathon

Shine those dancing shoes and get ready to make some miracles! Children’s Miracle Network and the University of North Florida are bringing Dance Marathon to Jacksonville. The most successful student-operated philanthropy in the Southeast is an awesome opportunity to bring college students together for a great cause and lots of fun. Dance Marathon combines dancing, games and physical challenges to keep dancers on their feet for 12 straight hours.
