Tyson Fitness Challenge
Join our local area USA Gymnastic locations at UF & Shands Jacksonville on Saturday, August 4, 2007 as they team together for the Tyson Fitness Challenge.  Activities including a kart-wheel-a-thon and tumbling will be occurring.  Pledges are being accepted. 

Miracle Treat Day
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ICE CREAM.  Enjoy your favorite ice cream blizzard at participating local Dairy Queen location on Thursday, August 9, and make a miracle happen.  All proceeds from the sale of blizzard treats during business hours on August 9 will be donated to Children’s Miracle Network.  Over $10,000 was raised locally in 2007 through this generous campaign.  Mark you calendars and spread the word to enjoy a nice cold treat while making a difference in the lives of local children.

Golden Isles Miracle Ride
Big Bikes will be helping Little Tikes at the inngural Golden Isles Miracle Ride occurring on Saturday, August 18.  Join Wal-Mart of Brunswick and the Blue Knights of Chapter XIV for an exciting day of riding, live music, food and vendors as we kick off the first annual Golden Isles Miracle Ride.  Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. at The Strike Zone bowling alley located off of I-95 at exit 38 in Brunswick with the Ride Revving Up at 10:00 am.  Contact Terry Taylor at (912) 554-2237 or Children’s Miracle Network for further information. Download Flyer (PDF)

11th Annual Festival of Lights 5K run and family fun run
Luminaries will light the streets of beautiful San Marco as we kick off the 11th annual Festival of Lights 5k run and family fun run on Sunday, December 2, 2007 at Baptist Eye Institute.  The festivities will once again provide enjoyment for all ages with a Kids Fun Run, Kids Zone, Food Zone, music as well as the 5K run where everyone from the novice runner to dedicated walkers take to the streets along the luminary lit route with bells tied to their toes listening to carolers along the route. Twas The Flight Before Christmas
Enjoy an evening of musical entertainment for couples and families alike as you kick off the holiday season at the Aire Traffic concert.  Held at the beautiful newly redesigned St. Augustine Amphitheatre, the concert will provide attendees with the classic ambiance of an outdoor concert while capturing the holiday spirit. Aire Traffic is as unique as it sounds.  The band is comprised of air traffic controllers who incorporate a mix of jazz, horns, keyboards, drums, and of course, an aeronautical theme.  Attendees of all ages will enjoy the story line of good ‘Ole St. Nick traveling from the North Pole to St. Augustine to visits the children in attendance.
